We offer the 'SAG ZATCA API' as a software solution that enables independent software vendors (ISVs) and taxpayers to link their electronic billing systems with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) platform. This solution is specific for the requirements of the second phase of electronic invoicing (integration phase). It works to verify invoices, encrypt them, and store them in accordance with standards set by the authority and submit them to ensure full compatibility.

What does the product offer?

  • Providing full compliance and seamless integration with the standards of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.

  • Secure and direct integration with ZATCA's Fatoora platform.

  • Issuing, signing, and verifying electronic invoices according to approved technical standards.

  • Including QR codes as per regulatory requirements.

  • Sending invoices electronically to the authority's platform instantly and automatically without manual intervention.

  • Flexible integration via RESTful APIs with various financial, accounting systems, and point-of-sale systems.

  • Ability to connect any ERP or accounting system such as: QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, Xero, in addition to internally developed systems.

  • Unlimited number of invoice generation devices (EGS) within the same integration, making it ideal for multi-client and multi-branch systems.

  • Billing calculation is based on the number of electronic invoices issued annually, not on the number of EGS devices, with a minimum of 200,000 invoices per year calculated cumulatively for all customers and branches connected to the same integration.

  • Providing full documentation for the integration interfaces (API Documentation).

  • Technical support and consulting services accompanying the integration until completion and approval.
